My goal is to provide a workout training log application that aids in your progress, strength building, and hypertrophy development.
There will be no transition of free features to paid ones, no intrusive spamming, no imposing of paywalls, and no restrictions on routines or workout logs, unlike many other workout tracking apps.

 <li>Log workouts for your routines or start fresh training sessions.</li>
 <li>Prioritizing offline usability for areas with poor reception.</li>
 <li>Rest timer with both automatic and manual settings, adjustable for working sets and warm-ups, even on a per exercise basis.</li>
 <li>Strict emphasis on privacy with no data tracking.</li>
 <li>Dashboard feature allowing users to select from various widget options of different sizes to build a personalized dashboard akin to their phone's home screen for easy data visualization.</li>
 <li>Share your workouts with friends or followers.</li>
 <li>Custom keyboard for seamless workout data entry with functions like copying values from previous sets, applying a value to all sets, and incrementing or decrementing values.</li>
 <li>Access exercise execution history to track progress over time.</li>
 <li>Add notes to exercises or routines, with the option to pin them or make them one-time entries.</li>
 <li>Implement progressive overload strategies by setting proposed weights and reps for future workouts to optimize hypertrophy and strength gains.</li>
 <li>Backup feature to prevent any data loss.</li>
 <li>Copy widgets to clipboard or save them as images for social media sharing and progress updates!</li>
 <li>Charts and stats functionality to filter logs by time and analyze performance trends over time for specific exercises or routines, aiding in progress monitoring for hypertrophy and strength goals. Track max lifts and other records easily.</li>
 <li>Add general day notes related to your workout performance, fitness progress, or gym activities.</li>
 <li>Log and track your weight changes over time to observe progress.</li>
 <li>Includes placeholder exercises based on exercise categories and body parts or exercise groups, allowing selection based on personal preferences or available gym equipment.</li>
 <li>Incorporate all set types such as warm-ups, drop sets, myo reps, etc.</li>
 <li>Receive reminders at the end of workouts to ensure completion and saving of training data.</
 li>Enable dark mode for reduced eye strain during late gym sessions.</li>
 <li>Utilize deload feature for marking specific workouts as deload sessions when needed.</
 li>Experience excellent performance for smooth usage of the app.</
